Banquet Committee
Description:
- The banquet committee will be responsible for putting together the annual Dawson Girls Annual Basketball Banquet.
- This includes: assistance with finding an event location, finding a meal sponsor, promoting the event, creating decorations, designing the program booklet, ordering food, greeting attendees, putting together awards packet, and working with board to develop a budget.
Committee Expectations:
- Work with board to establish a budget-prior to any planning
- Update board on budget periodically
- Secure a meal sponsor (if possible)
- Secure location of the event
- Secure caterer
- Perform setup and breakdown of venue if applicable
- Plan decorations for the event
- Design and print program books
- Put together agenda-2 weeks prior
